At Finesse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
